premier grand experience, totally worth it!

I had such a great time, it exceeded my expectations! the premier grand superior king room was fantastic, and i loved the club lounge access. the staff was helpful. The shuttle service to disneyland was free. i would definitely book it again on my next trip. The rail station was super close.
i noticed some areas could use a little updating, but it didn't really bother me much. the rooms felt a touch old, but still super functional and clean though.

the hotel has some great restaurants on the ground floor, plus three more on the seventh floor, it is super convenient. i saw one breakfast spot featuring intercontinental cuisine. there are also chefs cooking everything on the spot.

my room offered superb views. i saw mount fuji one clear morning; this was such a surprise. the room was turned daily and the shower was excellent. free wi-fi worked perfectly and had no issues.

the location is amazing, the metro station is just below the hotel, talk about easy access. you can easily walk to the station through the tunnel next to the hotel. there is also a convenient 7-eleven on the ground floor. it is also very handy

I found the staff to be very friendly. the club lounge access included all drinks during the day. breakfast in the club lounge was excellent. I enjoyed it very much. i would definitely return and book a suite again.

i found the fitness center lacking it had only three treadmills one bike and some free weights the weight limit was just 10kg. i was also frustrated that there were no water or towels available at the gym. furthermore several bars in this huge hotel were closed before 10pm that was a HUGE disappointment.

The fitness center proved inadequate for a hotel of this size. It had limited equipment. The equipment included only three treadmills and some free weights. I was unable to secure a late checkout. The hotel initially denied my request for a noon checkout. The staff then only extended it to 11:30. This was quite inconvenient given the standard 11 AM checkout time.

i found the value to be excellent considering the room quality and service. the views from the premier grand beautiful king room were amazing (especially from the 45th-floor lounge).
the fitness center was quite small considering the size of the hotel. i also noticed limited equipment, as there were only three treadmills. i think more equipment or a larger space is needed.

The bell service was very efficient upon arrival. They handled the luggage with care. The room had a amazing view of the skyline. Cleanliness throughout the hotel met very high standards.
The hotel gym felt small for a hotel of this size. I saw only three treadmills. The weights only went up to 10 kg. There were no workout towels available.
